Want to contribute to creating joy, unity and connection in Austin? Join ATX4LOVE in raising funds for installing The Wishing Tree and donating $60,000+ to LifeWorks, an organization that advocates for more than 4,000 youth and their families annually. The Wishing Tree is a physical manifestation of the community's hopes and dreams. An immersive, kid-friendly scavenger hunt will lead people to this new art installation while igniting joy upon completing each task. When discovering The Wishing Tree, families are invited to hang a written wish they hope to see come true for themselves, their families, or the world. On Thursday, December 8th at 6 p.m., ATX4LOVE will be hosting an event and ribbon-cutting ceremony to reveal the art installation and celebrate this great cause. LifeWorks is a fearless advocate for youth and young adults pursuing a life they love and a stable future for themselves and their families. With 19 different programs, the non-profit serves its clients through three main pillars – Housing, Education & Workforce, and Counseling. Let’s make wishes come true together.
